Note:
This vehicle is normally fitted with bulb failure monitoring for which we
recommend wiring the parking sensor kit via a Single Bypass Relay available from
our Accessories section.
Fitters comments:
"very difficult to find an area on the car to mount the cpu due to too
many computers generating too much noise, eventually found a quite
place by the n/s headlamp assy, placed in a weatherproof box & attached
to the plastic inner wing, a smart switch was also fitted to this
vehicle taking it's supply using a piggy back fuse holder pushed into
the fuse board, a grommet is to be found in the bulkhead after removing
all the plastic windscreen scuttle & pollen filter assy, reverse lamp
feed can be found running down carpet side of the drivers sill under the
plastic door sill trim this wire is purple/black (check with a digital
multimeter only) beeper mounted in a convenient place in the fuse board
area."
